Who we are

Cadence is a scheduling tool that lets people book time on your calendar through a shareable link. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data from Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Google Calendar access (calendar.events scope): used solely to create, view, and update the calendar events that result from bookings made through Cadence.
• Scheduling data you create: your username, timezone, availability, event types, and bookings (including the name, email, and note an invitee submits).

How we use it

We use your data only to operate the scheduling service: to show your booking page, compute open time slots, and place confirmed bookings on your Google Calendar with an invite to your guest. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Cadence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the calendar scope needed to create your bookings, and we do not use this data for any other purpose, transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service, or use it for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your account and scheduling data until you delete your account. You can revoke Cadence's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
