Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with mukuki.ai. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our monthly subscription.

1. Monthly Subscription

The mukuki.ai membership is billed monthly in advance. Because we begin work on your requests immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except as described below.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees.
Cancellation stops all future renewals.
You keep access and active work through the end of the current paid period.

3. Pausing

Prefer to keep your membership but take a break? You can pause your subscription. Billing stops while paused and resumes when you reactivate. Unused days from a paused period are credited toward future work.

4. Refunds

Before work begins: If you subscribe and no work has yet started on your first request, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of that period.
After work begins: Once we have started delivering work in a billing period, that period is non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent future charges.
Billing errors: Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.

5. How to Request

To cancel, pause, or request a refund, email support@mukuki.ai from the address on your account. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
