Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by mukuki.ai ("mukuki.ai", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

mukuki.ai provides AI automation and workflow build services on a monthly subscription basis. This includes building automations, AI agents, integrations, and related digital deliverables submitted through your request queue. We work on one active request at a time and deliver in priority order.

2. Subscription & Billing

The membership is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout ($1,995/mo unless otherwise agreed).
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal or by contacting us.

3. Cancellation & Pausing

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Pausing suspends billing and work until you resume. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide timely access to the accounts, tools, and information needed to complete requests.
Ensure you have the right to grant access to any third-party systems involved.
Use delivered automations in compliance with the terms of the underlying platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, OpenAI).

5. Ownership

Upon delivery and payment, you own the automations, scripts, and configurations we build for you, deployed within your own accounts. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, methods, and non-client-specific code.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to request work that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates third-party rights or platform policies. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mukuki.ai's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
